Manchester Pride is committed to delivering a year-round programme of LGBTQ+ arts & culture events through Superbia.

We run a number of projects in collaboration with local groups and members of our communities, and we spotlight the work of LGBTQ+ artists and collectives in Greater Manchester year-round.
OUR HISTORY
Launched in 2015, Superbia is designed to curate, fund, support and promote LGBTQ+ events and initiatives throughout Greater Manchester.
WHAT WE DO
We curate original Superbia events for LGBTQ+ people.
Through collaboration with partners, venues, groups, curators, community members, artists and creatives, we deliver a programme of year-round LGBTQ+ events. We aim to keep our events free of charge, diverse, accessible and welcoming.
We fund LGBTQ+ events with Manchester Pride Community Grants.
If you need funding to stage an event or programme, you can apply for financial support. Each application is diligently judged on its own merit by an independent committee. We support arts & culture activities, campaigning, debate, health & wellbeing, events with a message to challenge discrimination, and projects raising awareness of LGBTQ+ and HIV issues.
Superbia offers free promotion and marketing to events and projects by, for and about LGBTQ+ people in Greater Manchester.
You can now easily submit your LGBTQ+ event to us for promotion by filling out a simple form. Let us know the details and we’ll take it from there!

Superbia delivers and platforms a specially curated programme of celebratory LGBTQ+ arts and culture events over Manchester Pride Festival weekend each August. The Superbia programme is cultivated with love, acceptance and inclusivity at its core, so be sure join us again in 2024 and immerse yourself in LGBTQ+ culture.
